Insurance Notice:
Coach J’s Mobile Hoops™ maintains active general liability insurance coverage for all officially booked events. This coverage protects against claims arising from the operation of the mobile hoops trailer and equipment. However, participation still carries inherent risks, and all participants must sign this waiver prior to engaging in activities.
Assumption of Risk:
Participation involves physical activity and inherent risks, including falls, collisions, equipment contact, and outdoor conditions. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability:
Participants release Coach J’s Mobile Hoops™, its owners, employees, and contractors from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participant Responsibilities:
Participants agree to follow staff instructions, use equipment safely, and report hazards immediately.
Photo/Video Release:
Participants grant permission for images captured during events to be used for promotional purposes.
Health Acknowledgment:
Participants confirm they are physically able to participate safely.
